Product issues and bugs
Downloads, startup, import, update, and desktop bugs should start with GitHub Issues. Include OS, app version, and reproduction steps.
Account and subscription
Sign in to review entitlement, subscription, cloud sync, and community publishing status. For billing issues, include the account email and Stripe payment record, then contact support-email-pending@prompthub.local.
Privacy and data requests
For export, deletion, or privacy requests, include the account email, request type, and the data scope that needs review, then contact support-email-pending@prompthub.local.
Commercial support and refunds
Subscription cancellation, duplicate charges, refunds, and entitlement problems are reviewed under the Terms, with security, billing, and data access prioritized. Refund requests are reviewed case by case against payment records, entitlement usage, and request reason; final wording is pending commercial launch confirmation.
