Service scope
PromptHub provides a local-first desktop app, cloud accounts, community publishing, sync, subscription entitlements, and related operations tooling. Available features are defined by the current product pages and account entitlements.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for uploaded, published, or synced content and must not submit illegal, infringing, malicious, or abusive material.
Subscriptions
Paid entitlements apply by account, plan, billing period, or manual grant. After cancellation, existing data is not automatically deleted, but features above free limits may stop accepting new usage.
Cancellation and refunds
Users may cancel renewal through the subscription platform flow. Unless required by law, promised on the checkout page, or caused by duplicate charges or similar errors, refund requests are reviewed case by case against payment records, entitlement usage, and the reason for the request.
