PromptHub Cloud adds official account, sync, team, billing, and community capabilities on top of the local-first desktop product.
Account Capabilities
- Sign in to the Web Studio.
- Manage personal and team assets.
- Use cloud sync and backup.
- Publish to and moderate community assets.
- Manage billing, plans, and quotas.
Team Roles

| editor | Creates and edits team assets |
| viewer | Reads team assets |
Cloud plans mainly limit hosted resources such as storage, attachments, team size, sync, and official service quotas. The desktop app remains local-first.
GitHub and Google sign-in require production OAuth credentials and callback URLs. If a provider reports “not configured”, the commercial login flow is not complete.
